CANCELLATION POLICY

Fatcats is a brand operated by Varthaali ("Varthaali", "Fatcats", "we", "our", or "us"). This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed through the Fatcats platform may be cancelled.

Fatcats operates both as:

• An e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers with independent third-party sellers; and

• A retail seller for selected products directly sold by Varthaali.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Fatcats website, mobile application, and related services.

1. Customer-Initiated Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been packed, processed for shipment, or handed over to a logistics partner.

Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or marked as ready for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request cancellation, customers may:

• Use the "Cancel Order" option available within the Fatcats platform; or

• Contact customer support with their order details.

Cancellation requests are subject to order status verification and approval.

2. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

• Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched.

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Digital products, subscriptions, gift cards, vouchers, recharge services, or downloadable content.

• Products specifically marked as "Non-Cancellable."

• Certain promotional, flash sale, clearance sale, or "Deal of the Day" products as disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation by Varthaali or Seller

Varthaali or the respective seller may cancel an order if:

• The product becomes unavailable or out of stock.

• Pricing, technical, catalog, or inventory errors are identified.

• Payment authorization, verification, or settlement fails.

• The order is suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or in violation of platform policies.

• Delivery is not possible due to location restrictions, regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or operational constraints.

Where applicable, the customer will be notified and any eligible payment received will be refunded.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancelled orders, refunds will be initiated to:

• The original payment method; or

• Fatcats Wallet Credits, where such option is available and selected by the customer.

Refund initiation generally occurs within 3–7 business days after cancellation approval. Actual credit timelines depend upon banks, card issuers, UPI providers, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

Shipping fees, convenience fees, payment processing fees, or promotional benefits may not be refundable unless cancellation occurs due to an error by Varthaali or the seller.

5. Cashback, Rewards, and Promotional Benefits

Any cashback, rewards, loyalty points, promotional credits, referral benefits, wallet balances, or similar incentives associated with a cancelled order may be reversed, adjusted, cancelled, or recovered by Varthaali.

Deal of the Day & Special Promotions:

Products sold under "Deal of the Day", flash sales, limited-stock campaigns, clearance sales, or special promotional events may have separate cancellation restrictions.

Unless otherwise required by law, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation once successfully placed and confirmed.

Exceptions may apply where:

• The product becomes unavailable.

• The order cannot be fulfilled within the stated timeline.

• The wrong product listing was displayed due to a technical error.

7. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

Varthaali reserves the right to refuse, suspend, investigate, or reject cancellation requests where fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, excessive order cancellations, payment disputes, chargeback abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

Accounts engaging in abusive cancellation practices may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Varthaali shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from order cancellations, refund delays, logistics issues, payment gateway delays, or seller-related disputes, except as required under applicable law.
